- Earth (a single, parallel continent, inspired by Central Europe + southern Italy + Eastern Europe).
- Heaven — an angelic hierarchy of 9 choirs (Pseudo-Dionysius adapted).
I. Earth — political topology
A single continent. Eight recognised human powers + two anomalous zones.
The Clerical Order (a theocratic empire of 7 States)
A theocratic institutional alliance holding the monopoly of the revelation of the Angels of the Hashmal. Internal structure analogous to the Holy Roman Empire — several confessional States under a single pontifical authority. Canonical name: the Clerical Order. Detail in People — Clerical Order.
Capital: Aurum Roma (the Plain of Aurum, centre-south of the continent of Cross).
