The Curia forbids, by internal circular and never by bull, preaching on the cause of the Cataclysm. Seven months after Ivandir, the explanation of Veheranic apostasy was already circulating on its own — and the problem was not that it was false: it was that it was applicable to Rome.
Aggravates: it founds the method the Order will use for a hundred and ten years — not to deny, but to withdraw from circulation. It is the same mechanism that will erase Vehrannon in 1815 and the names of two Ones in 1882. → A village canon who preached the right sermon three days before the circular arrived, and spends forty years being transferred.
