The opening image: white marble, and in the middle a tower of Black Mineral that glows orange-green and can be seen kilometres away.
What it is like: the most beautiful city on the other side and the oldest in layout — because the layout is not its own. The avenues are Veheranic, the blocks are Veheranic, and on top of them something else was built. A cartographer of the Order who saw the plan would recognise the Vehr Major of 1770 beneath the streets of 1890.
